DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free fun-filled fall festival that brings history to life with hands-on activities\, local artists\, and cozy autumn vibes. Wander the beautiful grounds of our historic 1774 Germanic log home while enjoying everything the season has to offer.\nWe will also host a special on-site rededication ceremony for Morgan Log House.\n \n\n\nFeatured Demonstrations:\nApple Cider\nBlack Walnut Collection\nPotato Harvest\nFlax Processing\nWool Drop Spindle\nBeer Brewing\n\n\n\n\n  \nSchedule:\nRededication Ceremony & Photos: 10:00 am – 11:00 am\nHarvest Heritage Day Opens: 11:00 AM\nApple Cider Pressing – 11:30 AM – Noon\nPotato & Root Vegetable Harvest – Noon – 1:00 PM\nBlack Walnut Collection – 1:00 – 1:30 PM\nFlax Processing – 2:00 – 2:30 PM\nDrop Wool Spindle – 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM\nHarvest Heritage Day Closes: 4:00 PM\n  \nWe will also be hosting representatives from fellow historical sites such as: \nAWI\nAudubon Society\nPerkiomen Valley 250\nLansdale Historical Society \n\nAs part of our partnership with the Keystone Opportunity Center\, we ask all attendees to bring one non-perishable item for donation. The mission of Keystone Opportunity Center is to help community members in need by offering a comprehensive array of social services that educate\, encourage and empower them to become self-sufficient.\n\n\n\nThe current needs of the Keystone Opportunity Center Food Pantry are as follows:\n\nCondiments (Ketchup\, Mayo\, Mustard\, BBQ\, Dressings)\nCanned Tomato Products (Paste\, Diced\, Whole\, NO GLASS)\nPancake Mix and Syrups\nCanned Chunky Soups with Beef or Chicken\nTomato and Vegetable Soups\nBreakfast Cereals\nCanned Beans (Black\, Red\, Light\, and Baked)\nCanned Proteins (Tuna\, Chicken\, Spam)\nCanned Mixed Vegetables and Fruit\n\nEnter our raffle for a chance to win big! We will be raffling off baskets at Harvest Heritage Day filled of items kindly donated by local businesses. \nIn addition\, we will also have other exciting activities such as pumpkin painting\, a scarecrow decorating contest\, karate board breaking\, and more!
